Alpha lipoic acid has been shown to regenerate endogenous antioxidants, repair oxidative damage, and scavenge reactive oxidative species. Research indicates that alpha lipoic acid improved steady state plasma insulin, glucose infusion rate, and insulin sensitivity index.

How to Use:

Adults:
Take 1 capsule twice daily or as recommended by your healthcare provider.

Can be taken with or without food.

When to Use:

Morning and Evening
