If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased from our Online Store, you may return it for a full refund, replacement, or exchange, provided:
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The items are returned within 30 days of purchase and that the product has not expired within such time.
- The items are unused and still in their original packaging and seals unbroken.
- For hygiene and health reasons, certain health and personal products may not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, our sale products cannot be refunded, replaced, or exchanged.
We do not guarantee that you will be automatically refunded. The decision to refund is solely at the discretion of Niche Vitality, having inspected the condition of the item returned.
We will inform you of the approval or rejection of the product via email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit applied via EFT or the original method of payment where possible. This could typically take up to 30 working days depending on the financial institution.
Should we find no fault with the returned items, the items will be refunded with a charge of 10% (ten percent) handling fee to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and for your own account. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items over R 500 we advise shipping insurance or the use of a trackable courier service.
