SOLAL CBD Drops are specially formulated to assist with mood and sleep support, stress relief and inflammation. Thanks to the addition of Medium Chain Trigylceride (MCT) oil, which is a quick-digesting saturated fatty acid, SOLAL CBD Drops absorb and metabolise far more efficiently to deliver a calming and tranquil effect on mind and body. This unique formulation does not contain Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) making it safe for use without concerns of psychoactive effects.
Unlike delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannabidiol (CBD) does not activate the cannabinoid type 1 (CB1) and cannabinoid type 2 (CB2) receptors. This is thought to explain its lack of psychotropic effects.
CBD has some antidepressant effects. These effects may be explained by CBD’s facilitation of endocannabinoid activity, facilitation of 5HT1A receptor activity, and/or facilitation of hippocampal neurogenesis.
