Solal Carnitine (L Carnitine)

Carnitine plays a key role in cellular energy production. It is essential for beta-oxidation of long-chain fatty acids in the mitochondria. Carnitine increase the oxidative capacity of liver and muscle during exercise and promotes recovery of muscle fibre thickness.

How to Use:

Adults:
Take 2 capsules twice a day for 2 – 6 weeks.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Do not use for more than 6 weeks without consulting your doctor.

Individuals suffering from hypothyroidism or a seizure disorder must consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use. Side Effects

In general, side effects are mild and rare, but can include gastrointestinal disturbances such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and abdominal cramps. Body odor and seizures may also occur in some patients.

Interactions

Taking Carnitine might decrease the effectiveness of thyroid hormone replacement.

Safety in pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established.
