- Active Extrafolate-S (as 5-MTHF), is a 3rd generation Folate that does not need to be broken down by the body through a complex enzymatic metabolic process like conventional synthetic Folic Acid. How to Use:
- Take one White Multivitamin Capsule in the morning with breakfast.
- Take one White Calcium Tablet and one Clear Omega-3 Capsule at night with dinner.
When to use:

- May cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances for example nausea, diarrhoea, constipation, indigestion, bloating and flatulence.
- If a dosage is is missed do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten individual dose.
