• This means that it is ready to be used by the body immediately. It is 7 x more bioavailable than synthetic Folic Acid.
• Myo-inositol, which when combined with Folate significantly reduces the incidence of Neural Tube Defects than using Folate alone.
  24mg Amino Acid Chelated Iron.
• This form of Iron is softer on the stomach and has a lower side effect profile that does not give you constipation, black stools or nausea.

How to Use:

• Take one Multivitamin Tablet daily with breakfast.

When to use:

Morning
