• Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol in a 40:1 ratio which mimics the plasma physiological ratio in the cells required for fighting insulin resistance. Myo-Inositol is an insulin sensitizer and is involved in cellular glucose uptake. D-Chiro Inositol is an insulin sensitizer and is involved in glycogen synthesis.
• Active Extrafolate-S (as 5-MTHF), a 3rd generation Folate that does not need to be broken down by the body through a complex enzymatic metabolic process like conventional synthetic Folic Acid. When to use:

Morning and Evening

• Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications.
• The indicated daily dose should not be exceeded.
