Stress Damage Control has been scientifically formulated to help individuals deal with stress and the negative consequences of stress. Stress stimulates the formation of adrenalin and a heart toxin called C-reactive protein. These damage the heart, cause arrhythmias, high blood pressure and increase the risk of heart attack. Stress also elevates the aging hormone, cortisol, which suppresses immune function and causes memory loss. Chronic stress can cause insulin resistance and increase the risk of diabetes. It also upsets the balance of brain neurotransmitters, resulting in depression, anxiety and insomnia. Stress also suppresses thyroid function, causing hypothyroidism and fatigue. Stress Damage Control reduces excessive cortisol and adrenaline, thereby protecting the heart and brain from stress-related damage and also improves stress-coping ability. Stress Damage Control contains the active ingredients Rosavin and Salidroside (extracted from rhodiola rosea), a herbal adaptogen that has been used for centuries to manage fatigue and depression. Ashwagandha, also an adaptogen, has been shown to increase resistance to environmental stress, anxiety and also improve brain functioning. Alpha lipoic acid has been shown to decrease C-reactive protein and help in chronic stress syndrome. Beta-sitosterol is also beneficial in treating chronic stress syndrome. Thiamine helps by improving mental attitude, memory and energy levels.

How to Use:

Adults:
Take 1 capsule after breakfast and 1 capsule after lunch.

Side Effects

Side effects are rare, but skin rash, mild gastrointestinal upset, flatulence, diarrhoea and constipation can occur.

Interactions

Benzodiazepines and CNS depressants: Stress Damage Control™ may have an additive affect.
Immunosuppressants: Effects may be reduced due to the immune-boosting properties of Stress Damage Control™.
Ezetimibe: May reduce the absorption of beta-sitosterol.

Safety in pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding has not yet been established, do not use.
