Compounding Instructions: 

• Break the seal on powder vial and Kojiderm serum.
• Open both vial of powder and Kojiderm serum, add the entire vial of powder into the bottle slowly as not to spill any powder.
• Close the serum bottle and gently shake until the crystals are fully dissolved.
• Replace lid with pipette dropper lid.

Directions for use: 

• Shake bottle before each use.
• Using the glass pipette provided to draw one full pipette of serum and apply directly to the skin all over concentrating on dark marks first. Let dry.
• Use every day, once or twice a day as instructed by your dermatologist or skin practitioner for 60 – 90 days.
• Please use with the a broad spectrum SPF Sun Protection of at least a 30+ and
  upwards for best results.
• Your regular moisturizer can be applied over if needed once the serum has dried.

• N.B. Please use with a broad spectrum sunscreen of 30+ sun protection.
• This product is only stable for 60 days when stored at controlled room temperature
  and to 90 days in refrigerator.
• Keep refrigerated for best results

Storage:

• Once compounded (mixed) – For extended shelf life, Keep in refrigerator or store in a cool dark place. Use within 60 – 90days depending on usage.
