Siberian ginseng is classed as an adaptogen having been shown to improve mental and physical performance and reduce harmful effects of stress. Huperzine A acts as an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor which may explain its benefits in improving memory. Tyrosine is a precursor for neurotransmitters, such as dopamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine, and therefore is thought to improve mental alertness, mood and promote brain health. There is preliminary evidence that ginkgo leaf extract can inhibit toxicity and cell death induced by beta-amyloid peptides thereby improving memory. Grape seed extract has been shown to prevent deposition of beta-amyloid and attenuate brain inflammation which may explain its neurological benefits. How to Use:

Adults:
Take 1 capsule twice daily (for improved attention span take the first capsule after breakfast and the second after lunch).

Product Interactions
